At TopHat Beard Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. To make the process easy and hassle-free, we have developed a simple return policy outlined below.

**1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges:**
- Products must be purchased directly from TopHat Beard Co. We are unable to process returns for products purchased from other retailers.
- Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

**2. Return Process:**
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email. Provide your name, order number, reason for the return, and any relevant details.
- We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.
- Please securely package the product with all its original components and include the RMA number (if applicable) on the package.

**3. Refund Options:**
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, if approved, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.Â

**4. Exchanges:**
- If you would like to exchange a product for a different variant or item, please follow the return process mentioned above.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, if approved, we will ship the requested exchange item to you.
- Each product can be exchanged a maximum of one (1) time.
**5. Exceptions:**
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used beard oils, balms, butters, or other personal grooming products unless they are damaged or defective.
- Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

**6. Shipping Costs:**
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

**7. Damaged or Defective Items:**
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. Please include photos and/or video of the situation so we can best assess the situation. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any associated shipping costs.
