How long do orders take between me placing it, and them being fulfilled?

All orders will be filled in the order that they come in to us. We will do our absolute best to have your order(s) processed and shipped within 72hrs. Orders placed on weekends, and holidays will be processed on the following business day.  If we ever leave for a vacation, we will either let our customers know and fulfill them once we are back, or have someone in our family help package and ship them while we are away (if it's possible - but please know it very well may not be). Please give us grace for the first little while as we are brand new at everything and only 2 people doing this.

What do I do if my products arrive broken in the packaging?

If your products are broken during the transport process, please send us an email with a photo(s) of the situation so we can best assess the next steps. We will absorb the shipping cost and send out the new products to you right away should you have broken items.
