Refund Policy


At TopHat Beard Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. To make the process easy and hassle-free, we have developed a simple return policy outlined below.


**1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges:**

- Products must be purchased directly from TopHat Beard Co. We are unable to process returns for products purchased from other retailers.

- Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.


**2. Return Process:**

- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email. Provide your name, order number, reason for the return, and any relevant details.

- We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.

- Please securely package the product with all its original components and include the RMA number (if applicable) on the package.


**3. Refund Options:**

- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, if approved, we will process your refund.

- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. 


**4. Exchanges:**

- If you would like to exchange a product for a different variant or item, please follow the return process mentioned above.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, if approved, we will ship the requested exchange item to you.

- Each product can be exchanged a maximum of one (1) time.

**5. Exceptions:**

- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used beard oils, balms, butters, or other personal grooming products unless they are damaged or defective.

- Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.


**6. Shipping Costs:**

- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.


**7. Damaged or Defective Items:**

- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. Please include photos and/or video of the situation so we can best asses the situation. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any associated shipping costs.
